Renasant Convention Center

The City of Memphis decided their antiquated convention center needed a complete renovation. Much of the 700,000 square-foot facility received a $200 million modernization—new amenities, hotel-quality finishes, and of course, expansion joints throughout.

With an emphasis on aesthetics, our products needed to be part of the overall look and feel of the design. Our flooring solutions blended into the décor, and then transitioned up the walls, and even onto the ceiling.

Flexible space as the cornerstone of the new design, our Hinged Floor Plate (HFP) provides for a crisp sight line and clean transition between opposing floor surfaces.

A renovation of this magnitude is certain to encounter some difficulties. We were able to work directly with the Architect and the installation contractor to overcome those complications and ensure a proper installation.
