Ilani Casino Resort Parking Garage

The Ilani Casino Resort is located off Interstate 5 in Ridgefield, Washington, and is operated by the Cowlitz Indian Tribe. The $510 million casino opened with a bang—filling their parking lot and attesting to the long-term needs of a parking garage on site.

The six-story parking structure includes more than 2,700 spaces and provides covered access in and out of the Ilani Casino. Accounting for wide expansion joint openings, our Surface Mount Seismic (Load Deflectors) (SMS) accommodates the heavy loading of a constant flow of traffic and provides multi-directional seismic movement within the deck.

The surface mounted aluminum base frames provide the seismic slide plate with a flat sliding surface. The solid aluminum seismic centering device allows the slide plate to displace and return to its nominal position after a seismic event.
